District Attorney's Office
The District Attorney is elected to a four-year term and serves as the chief law enforcement officer for the County. This office is responsible for criminal complaints, Protection from Abuse Petitions, victim/witness services, and for preparing and conducting all criminal cases scheduled with the Court of Common Pleas.
Our offices are in the County Courthouse at the intersection of Public Avenue and Maple Street in Montrose, Pennsylvania.
